The Printroom UK – the services we provide
Basically, we can handle pretty much any job you could bring to us (and in the unlikely event that we can’t we can almost certainly point you in the direction of someone who can). All of the following services are available in-house:
Printing: five colours up to B2 size using vegetable-based inks. We can source almost any paper, much of which will be made from recycled pulp (see our environmental efforts for more on this) All of our print (unless requested) will be coated with a water-based sealer for rapid drying and a smudge-free finish. Available in gloss, matt or silk. We also have a digital press for shorter print runs.
Finishing: that includes stitching, folding, die cutting, gluing, shrink-wrapping, envelope stuffing – and mailing at any quantity.
Storage and distribution: we can keep your print on site in our 10,000 sq.ft. warehouse until required and then deliver it where and when it’s needed.
Specialist binding: we regularly work with a local specialist who provides sewn sections and perfect binding. Other binding we handle in-house.
This is all complemented by an in depth knowledge of the design and printing process and the software and techniques used. So whether you are a seasoned designer or just starting out we have the support and services you need.
